Which is the best Yoga?

Nowadays, people have wide options even for Yoga – something like a menu card in a restaurant! Of course, each item comes tagged with a price ๐Ÿ˜‰ How does one decide?

The simple truth is – when you are really hungry, it hardly matters whether you eat in a roadside cheap fast food joint, or while sitting in a luxurious star rated hotel. The purpose is to satisfy your hunger. Well, don’t hygiene, health issues and so on matter? For one thing, a cheap place is not always unhygienic, nor a posh expensive hotel guarantees health. So it depends on case to case.

When it comes to Yoga, whether you practice Yoga by putting yourselves in a delicate posture, or whether you breathe in a specific way, or whether you chant a specific mantra, or whether you meditate with exotic mental imageries, it hardly matters. All these ultimately amount to improving your capability to focus and eventually minimize stress.

If you can afford, pay through your nose, and learn how to breathe or how to chant a mantra, or do abracadabra!. None of these outlets give you any guarantee on safety or effectiveness or  even a decent logical explanation of how it works. So, it all depends on what you can afford and what suits you.  Keep your eyes wide open and use your discretion.

One thing is definitely essential – you need to be hungry or else any food is as good or bad as any other๐Ÿ˜ƒ
