Probably everyone knows that our wrong actions ultimately lead us astray. And eventually we land ourselves in trouble. But why do we still indulge in wrong action – as if compelled by some force?
Krishna says
"It is the desires and hatred that compel us in wrong doing even if we don’t want to do them.
These desires and hatred blur our wisdom and blind us in the same way the smoke envelops the fire or the grime that renders a clean reflective mirror dull.
Desires are our biggest enemies. They can never be completely satiated. More we indulge in pleasures, more they erupt. They completely cover our wisdom.”
