Human
beings seem to have an innate craving for mysterious things. And many clever
manipulators cash on this weakness. We often tend to forget that extraordinary
claims need to be supported by extraordinary evidence. Making tall claims
without supporting evidence – either logical, or literature based, or
experimental – is not only misleading but can even be dangerous. Magic rarely
happens and we need to be on the watch to avoid being duped.
