I saw this antique horse made of Jack fruit wood in a farmer's house in a remote Indian village.

I am told that this horse is at least 100 years old and still being used to make rice noodles. It is something he inherited from his grandfather and is being used for over three generations. A simple gadget but quite ingenious!
(the image quality is poor due to my camera that decides not to work most of the time!)
