Many Yoga Gurus tell you that if you eat such and such food, it will help in Yoga practice and some other food are bad for Yoga.
But how does one know which is good and which is bad?
Simple. The miraculous pendulum that we discussed in the previous posts can tell you that.
Hold the pendulum over the food you want to know whether good or bad. If the food is conducive to Yoga, the pendulum would automatically start revolving clockwise. Otherwise it will revolve in the opposite direction – that is anticlockwise.
For example, garlic is generally considered to be bad for a Yoga practitioner. It is supposed to induce ‘negative energy’ in you. What happens if you hold a pendulum over garlic as shown in the figure?
Of course, it will revolve anticlockwise! So you can test any food item by using a pendulum. But how does it work?
The Gurus tell you that the food items like garlic emanate ‘negative energy’. And it is this negative energy that forces the pendulum to revolve in the anticlockwise direction. Needless to say that something like a fruit that is conducive to Yoga would have made the pendulum revolve clockwise, since it emanates ‘positive energy’.
Try this experiment and satisfy yourselves.
Very interesting! Let us see more on that in the next post.
